Privacy and personal data

The form collects your name, email address or phone number according to your preference, preferred time slot for a call, company (optional) and message to respond to requests and prepare proposals. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Providing data is voluntary, but we cannot handle your request without the required fields. We do not use the form for automatic newsletter or marketing subscriptions.

Systems may process IP addresses, requested resources, timestamps and technical browser information to deliver and protect the site. The form uses a local CAPTCHA, a session and anti-spam limits based on identifiers derived from the IP address. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in security and proper operation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). There are no automated decisions with legal effects or advertising profiling.

The form uses the technical cookie novabase_contact for CAPTCHA and request protection. It lasts for the session and is created when the form opens. No analytics tools or advertising cookies are integrated. Fonts, images and videos are served by this site, without Google Fonts or videos embedded from external platforms. External websites reached through links have their own privacy notices.

The WhatsApp button opens an external service only when you choose “Start chat”. The conversation is also subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy.

Enquiries are emailed to info@novabase.it and handled by authorised persons. Hosting, email and technical support providers may process data to provide their services, including as processors where applicable. Data is not publicly disclosed. Enquiries are retained for the time needed to handle them and any subsequent relationship; further retention is limited to legal obligations or the protection of rights. Technical data is processed according to operational, security and abuse-investigation needs.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability where provided by Articles 15–22 GDPR, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to info@novabase.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or the competent supervisory authority. The form checkbox acknowledges that you have read the notice and does not constitute marketing consent.
